COMMISSION RULES

  • The artwork made is for personal use only unless there's a discussion between client and artist.

  • I claim the right to post your finished commission on my social media platforms unless asked to beforehand.

  • I claim the right to decline any commission or client without the need to provide a reason why.

  • I will refund the total amount paid If i no longer wish/cannot work on your commission for any reason.

  • You are unauthorized to change, edit, modify or use my works without my consent. Unless it is for reason such as: icon, header, etc. with proper credits.

  • The artwork I made shall not be used to train AI or used in NFTs. Doing this will result in a permanent ban.

  • Plain white background will be used unless client has stated a background detail.

  • Clients should present a clear and detailed description of the request, including the style, frames based on the commission price table, and any other necessary specifics. References, inspos/moodboards are very much welcome and will be helpful.

COMMISSION PROCESS

  • I will provide regular updates on the progress I make, and clients can request revisions during this period.

  • Clients may request a maximum of 3 minor revisions and 1 major revision.

  • Once finished, I will send the piece via email or to which the client prefers.

  • Turnaround time is usually 5-7 days or 7-15 days but may be affected by your place on the waiting list and the complexity/difficulty of the piece. (I will also update you about the progress of the piece and if it's ready for turnaround earlier than the said TAT.)

PAYMENT RULES

  • I will be asking for a 50% payment upfront. Another 50% will be paid before I send the final artwork.

  • Payments will be made through PayPal for international clients, sending an invoice and paid in USD. GCash on the other hand, for local clients, sending a QR code or payment link and paid in PHP.

  • I will not accept refunds and would prefer to have a discussion if any problem happens. Once the sketch has been started, there will be no cancellations.

  • I will be the one initiating the transaction to avoid future problems. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I accept your commission and have asked for payment.
